This Shipping Information page explains how we process, ship, and deliver physical orders. We keep it simple, trackable, and predictable.


1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (Domestic Shipping)

If we do not ship to your location, checkout will prevent the order from being completed.


2) Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

We charge a Flat Rate Shipping Fee:

  • Flat Rate: $8.55 per order (USD)

This fee is shown at checkout before you pay.


3) Taxes

  • Sales Tax: 0%

  • We do not charge sales tax at checkout.

4) Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed:

  • Before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday–Friday are processed starting the same business day.

  • After 2:00 PM (Pacific Time), on weekends, or on holidays are processed starting the next business day.


5) Processing Time (Preparation)

  • Processing Time: 3 business days

This is the time we need to confirm the order, prepare it, and hand it to the carrier.


6) Shipping Time (Carrier Delivery)

  • Shipping Time: 5 days (typical carrier transit time)

Delivery speed can vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons, but our goal is consistency.


7) Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing + Shipping

  • 3 business days (processing) + 5 days (shipping) = 8 days total

So most orders arrive within 8 days from the time the order is placed (assuming no carrier disruptions).


8) Tracking Information

  • If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide it via email once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates come directly from the carrier, so sometimes there can be a short delay before the first scan appears.


9) Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may need to pay additional shipping to resend it.


10) Delivery Issues (Lost / Damaged)

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Email support@amyembery.us as soon as possible with your order details.

  • If damaged, include a clear photo of the package and the item.

We’ll work with you to make it right based on the situation.
